National Sports Complex “Olympiyskiy” (Національний спортивний комплекс «Олімпійський») is a large modern stadium with a capacity of over 70 thousand, situated at Velyka Vasylkivska Street, in the central part of Kyiv, Ukraine. Opened on 12 September 1923, it is a huge sports facility and recreation center as well as the biggest sports venue in modern Ukraine. It was designed by L. I. Pilvinsky (1923) and Mykhailo Hrechyna (1936–1941). For its long history, it hosted plenty of interesting events, including the 1980 Summer Olympics, the final game of Euro 2012, and the 2018 UEFA Champions League Final. It is the official home field for the Ukrainian capital's biggest football club, FC Dynamo Kyiv.
