Starring Brec Bassinger, Yvette Monreal, Anjelika Washington, Trae Romano, Jake Austin Walker, Meg DeLacy, Neil Jackson, Christopher James Baker, Amy Smart, and Luke Wilson, the series was released on DC Universe on May 18, 2020. It follows teenager Courtney Whitmore, played by Brec Bassinger, who joins the Justice Society of America. Stargirl was shot in Douglasville, Georgia, USA. Marietta, Dallas, and Atlanta were also among the filming locations.

it was primarily filmed on main st. in Dallas, Ga. not Douglasville. The tower that appears so frequently was the old court house. If you watch the show you'll notice that the street scenes often include the old movie theater and you can clearly see the 'Dallas" above the marquee
I grew.up in eastern nebraska. There are definitely trees there. Eastern nebraska and western nebraska are very different of course. Eastern nebraska has more tall hills. Western nebraska is always becoming higher as you get closer to the rockies.
I've lived in marietta since 1996. There is at least one scene with a school bus crossing a bridge over a waterway that is definitely the bridge that enters Red.Top state park just north of cartersville. I've driven on that roadway hundreds of times.
In S3E3 (aired 14 Sept) I saw a faded “Community Coffee” mural on the side of an old brick building.
Community Coffee is based in Baton Rouge Louisiana & it isn’t distributed all that widely.
I wouldn’t doubt it would be in both Texas & Georgia, but the fading was notable, so I would have guessed the town scene had been filmed closer to, or in Louisiana.

It’s Dallas, GA. The painted signs on the buildings were done by the show and “weathered” artificially.
At 35:47 the image is Philadelphia, PA’s City Hall as seen from Market Street East to west. Probably stock footage, but just setting the record straight. Old Billy Penn up top on the tower is a dead giveaway,
