Dance of the Forty-One (El baile de los 41) is a Mexican historical biographical drama movie directed by David Pablos, written by Monika Revilla, starring Alfonso Herrera, Emiliano Zurita, Mabel Cadena, Fernando Becerril, Rodrigo Virago, Fernanda Echevarría, Sergio Solís, Álvaro Guerrero, and Roberto Duarte. It was based on The Dance of the Forty-One, also known as the Ball of the Forty-One, which was a society scandal in early 20th-century Mexico. The film was released on 1 November 2020. Dance of the 41 was shot in Mexico City, Mexico. Filming also took place in the streets of Guadalajara in western Mexico.
