Ashulia (আশুলিয়া) is a town and a small community in Bangladesh, located in the neighborhood of Dhaka. It is nested on the left bank of the Turag River, about 9 kilometers west of Tongi (টঙ্গী) and 17 kilometers northwest of Dhaka. Ashulia is also bordered by Zirabo, Mondolpara, Doshaid, and Khagan. Vast paddy fields surrounding the village make it a kind of tourist attraction. The Asian University of Bangladesh, Permanent Campus, and Ashulia School and College are based in the area. Attractions in the town include Khejur Bagan Jame Masjid, Ashulia Bridge, markets, bazaars, shopping malls, restaurants, and hotels.
